Оазис биопродукции в придунайском интерьере

Мы уже рассказывали читателям о том, что на прошлой неделе в Измаиле прошёл VIII региональный форум «Органическая Украина», на который собрались фермеры, учёные и чиновники. Первый день работы они посвятили теоретическим дискуссиям, а во второй посетили сельскохозяйственные предприятия Измаильщины.

Вместе с участниками форума корреспондент "КН" побывал на единственном в нашем районе сельхозпредприятии, где выращивается органическая или биопродукция.*

Итак, мы – на землях Сафьянского сельского совета, где уже не первый год ведёт хозяйственную деятельность ООО «Дунайский аграрий» с предпринимателем Романом Дяжуком во главе. Предприятие является многопрофильным, оно выращивает органическую растениеводческую продукцию (зерновые, бобовые, бахчевые), а также животноводческую (уток, кур, овец).

Знакомство с хозяйством мы начали на его полях. Здесь Роман Ульянович рассказал гостям, как пришёл в сельское хозяйство, а затем ознакомил с методами ведения сельхозпредприятия, остановился на отличиях органического производства от традиционного, приведя конкретные примеры.

Разумеется, биопроизводство более затратно. Прежде всего, из-за того, что минеральные удобрения для него, а также натуральные гербициды, пестициды, регуляторы роста и проч. более дороги по сравнению с синтетическими. Для увеличения урожайности, обеспечения растений элементами минерального питания, борьбы с вредителями и сорняками здесь активно применяются приёмы севооборота, вносятся органические удобрения (навоз, компосты, пожнивные остатки и др.), применяются различные методы обработки почвы и т. п.

Из продукции растениеводства в хозяйстве выращивают ячмень, рапс, горох, нут, чечевицу, персики, арбузы и др.

Прибыв на поле, где выращиваются органические арбузы, мы заинтересовались: а что это за плёнка лежит на земле, через которую пробиваются ростки молодых растений? Оказалось, к парникам и теплицам увиденное не имеет никакого отношения, просто подобное покрытие почвы более успешно позволяет бороться с сорняками. По словам Романа Дяжука, «Дунайский аграрий» - единственное в Украине предприятие, занимающееся выращиванием органических арбузов.

Рядом – поле, где произрастает горох. К чести для коллектива сельхозпредприятия, оно почти чистое от сорняка. Это тоже результат использования биологических средств борьбы с ними и труда крестьян.

В углу поля гостям бросилась в глаза мачта с камерой видеонаблюдения – один из немногих примеров использования подобной техники на полях Измаильщины, который позволяет существенно экономить на охране урожая от любителей дармовщины. Рядом – ещё одна примета цивилизации. В тени деревьев лесополосы стоит санитарный вагончик, где имеются туалет и душевая. После тяжёлого трудового дня здесь рабочие смогут принять душ. Вода, разумеется, привозная.

Кстати, о воде. По своему качеству для полива она гораздо лучше, чем в других районах юга Одесщины, что, согласитесь, тоже немаловажно для выращивания более качественной органической продукции.

Однако органическое сельское хозяйство – это ещё и целостная система управления производством, которая поддерживает и способствует здоровью агро-экосистемы, включая биологическое разнообразие, биологические циклы и биологическую активность почвы. Это система, которая делает упор на практику управления, а не на использование внешних сельскохозяйственных ресурсов.

Да, бесспорно, стоимость единицы произведённой органической продукции выше, чем в традиционном сельскохозяйственном производстве. Тем не менее, на Западе уже поняли преимущества биопродукции и активно стремятся её потреблять. Украина, к сожалению, стоит в самом начале этого пути. Для того чтобы ускориться, необходимо приложить немало усилий в направлении информирования населения, изучения и внедрения лучшего опыта работы органических хозяйств.

По словам Романа Ульяновича, возглавляемое им предприятие пока работает на внутренний рынок. Недавно органической продукцией «Дунайского агрария» заинтересовалась известная украинская торговая марка «Щедро». В настоящее время ведутся переговоры о возможностях поставки органических компонентов для производства майонеза.

Задумываются на предприятии и об освоении зарубежных рынков: и в настоящее время готовятся документы для соответствующей сертификации по программе «Global G.A.P». Это программа, которую предложили сети розничной торговли в Европе с целью обеспечения безопасного производства продуктов питания. Роман уверен, что с получением подобного сертификата европейские потребители заберут всю выращенную им продукцию.

Занимается хозяйство также выращиванием птицы и овец. Утки двух пород – благоварка и башкирка. А в курятнике мы обратили внимание на то, что здесь громко работает радио. «Ваша птица так любит музыку?», - поинтересовались мы у фермера. Оказалось, что подобный приём позволяет отпугивать лис, которые, как и мы, очень любят курятину. Ещё одно правило для выращивания кур. В помещении, где они содержатся, на один квадратный метр должно быть не больше пяти особей этой птицы.

Потом было знакомство с сельскохозяйственной техникой, а в завершение мы смогли оценить качество органических продуктов за хлебосольным столом, который накрыли для гостей хозяева. Получилось познавательно и к тому же очень вкусно!
